Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Soundboard collects when you book a call, why, and how it is handled. We keep it deliberately simple and we do not sell your data.
What we collect
When you submit a booking request, we collect only what's needed to schedule and deliver your call: your name, email address, country, and (optionally) address, the reason and goal you choose to share, and your preferred time. We do not require anything beyond this.
How we use it
- To review your request, confirm a time, and send you the private call link and reminders.
- To reply to you if you contact us.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, and we do not use it for anything other than providing the service you requested.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider (NOWPayments) via a secure hosted link. Soundboard never sees or stores your card details or crypto keys. You are only charged after your booking is accepted.
Storage & retention
Your booking details are stored securely on our own server and are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and keep basic records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@soundboardsessions.com.
Your choices
You can request a copy of what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion — just email us. Email reminders are part of the booking you request; tell us if you'd prefer not to receive them.
